Telehealth Services

Pacific Coastal Wellness Clinic provides telehealth services to Oregon residents. Services are provided by a PA-C (Physician Associate-Certified) licensed in the state of Oregon. All care is subject to provider clinical judgment.

Not for Emergencies

Pacific Coastal Wellness Clinic is not an emergency care facility. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Oregon Residents Only

Our services are available to Oregon residents only. By submitting an assessment or booking an appointment, you confirm that you are an Oregon resident.

Payment

All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card information. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
