Pacific Coastal Wellness Clinic exists to make expert medical care accessible to every Oregonian, no matter where they live. We believe that quality healthcare should not require a long drive, a crowded waiting room, or weeks on a waitlist.
Our telehealth model lets Oregonians in Portland, the coast, the Cascades, Eastern Oregon, and everywhere in between access the same high-quality, personalized care from the comfort of their own home.

Jerome is a licensed Physician Associate-Certified provider and the founder of Pacific Coastal Men’s Clinic. He built this practice on a simple belief: care should be personal, accessible, and straightforward — no waiting rooms, no run-around.
Every patient works directly with Jerome, from the initial consultation through ongoing care, with treatment plans built around real clinical judgment rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
