Do I need to come into an office?

No. Every appointment at Pacific Coastal Wellness Clinic is conducted via telehealth video. Oregon residents can access our services from anywhere in the state.

Are you a licensed Oregon provider?

Yes. All care is provided by a licensed Oregon provider. We operate fully within Oregon medical and pharmacy regulations.

Who is eligible for your services?

Our services are available to Oregon residents who meet the clinical criteria for each program. Eligibility is determined after a brief online assessment and provider review.

What happens after I submit my assessment?

A licensed Oregon provider reviews your responses within 1 business day. If you appear to be a good candidate, you will be directed to complete enrollment and book your appointment.

How much does it cost?

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. We can provide documentation for potential out-of-network reimbursement upon request.

Is my information private?

Yes. We are HIPAA compliant. Your health information is never sold or shared with third parties.
